Returns:

    • To initiate the return process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging.

    • We will assess the issue, and if confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including the cost of shipping.

  • Change of Mind:

    • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind or if you no longer wish to keep the purchased fine art print.

Refunds:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your fine art print is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Cancellation of Order:

    • Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

    • If the request is made after this time frame, the order may have already been processed and shipped.

International Orders:

  • Customs and Duties:

    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • The cost of shipping for international orders is included in the price of our fine art prints. There are no additional shipping fees for our international customers.
